The FAQs are aimed to educate, inform and guide you through both User Minted and Platform Minted Marketplaces on our application.
What is User Minted Marketplace ?
User-minted marketplace is a White-Label NFT Marketplace focused on creator self-serve minting. Includes: marketplace with peer-to-peer trading, moderation, featured and verified creator capabilities, withdrawal to Ethereum or Polygon, collectibles, or rights NFTs.
What is Platform Minted Marketplace ?
The Platform Minted Marketplace is an NFT Marketplace focused on platform minted NFTs and the drops feature. The platform boasts of state-of-the-art and unique features such as drops management, drop waiting room, secondary marketplace with peer-to-peer trading, withdrawal to Ethereum and Polygon, and collectibles NFTs.

How to access design console of NFT marketplace?

Login to Xooa Platform (https://xooa.com/blockchain/).

Click on Apps -> My Apps -> NFT Marketplace -> Design.
How to manage the marketplace?
View/Edit app info
-
Sign In to Xooa.com -> App platform. Once signed in, you can view the marketplace design console.

Go to Details -> App Info to view app information such as App ID, App Name, Description, World State Tab Name, Smart Contract, Deployed Version, Blockchain Ledger.

To edit the App Name, Description, World State Tab Name, click the edit button given for each field.

Enter details and click the save button given for each field.
Upgrade App

Login to Xooa.com.

Go to the marketplace that you have created and click Design.

Go to Details -> click Manage.
-
Click Upgrade App. This action will deploy the latest code from the GitHub repository.
Delete App
-
Login to Xooa.com.
-
Go to the marketplace that you have created and click Design.
-
Go to Details -> click Manage.
-
Click Delete App. Click yes, to confirm. The chosen marketplace will be deleted from the app.
How to manage users?
Marketplace users can be added, deleted, their information can be edited, and their licenses can be deactivated by the app administrator or moderator.
How to add users?

Sign in to your White-Label NFT marketplace design console.

On the left-hand side, go to the Users page.

Click Add User.
-
Fill in the Name, Email address.
-
Designate the roles by selecting them from the dropdown.
-
You can also add any additional attributes if any.

Click Invite.
How to delete users?
-
Sign in to your White-Label NFT marketplace design console.
-
On the left-hand side, go to the Users page.
-
Click button on the user details tile.
-
Click Delete.
-
Click Delete to confirm. The selected user’s access will be removed from the marketplace.
How to deactivate license?

Sign in to your White-Label NFT marketplace design console.
-
On the left-hand side, go to the Users page.
-
Click button on the user details tile.
-
Click Deactivate license.
-
Click Deactivate to confirm. The selected user’s license will be deactivated in the marketplace.
How to manage roles?

Go to the Design console of your NFT marketplace.
-
Go to the Roles page.
-
To create a new role, click on Create Role, enable the pages and forms to be accessed by this role.

To edit a role, click Edit on the role title. Manage role page will be displayed.

Edit user privileges.
-
Click Save.
Who is an app admin?
Application administrators (app admins) view and manage user permissions in an application. App admins can also add (deploy) and configure applications, assign applications to end-users, and create users through an app import.
How to make the marketplace production ready?
If you are ready with the marketplace in test mode, follow the steps below to make your marketplace production-ready.
Production prerequisites:

Xooa uses Stripe as its payment processor. Setup Stripe merchant account on https://stripe.com. The minimum API version required is 2020-03-02.

Under the Payment and Fees section, the KYC form must be submitted and approved by the Xooa compliance team.

Under the Payment and Fees section, the Keys to be used must be copied from Stripe Live mode.

Under the Legal section, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy must be configured.
Stripe and App setup

Before going live, you may use the test mode to test the Stripe Connect integration with the app.

Refer to this document to configure publishable/secret keys, branding, and manage country settings in the Stripe console.

To get the seller account verified by Stripe in test mode, refer to this link to fill details in the ‘Create Seller Account’ form and ‘Add Bank details’ form in the app.

Click Payment and Fees:
-
Go to https://stripe.com. – It is a third-party payment processing platform.
-
Create a user account and follow the steps to get a test key.
-

In the Card payments section -> publishable key, there is an option in Stripe to obtain a test key to test the transactions.
Note
The publishable key and secret key are both mandatory requirements for both card and crypto payments even in test mode. Stripe verification is mandatory for users to buy and mint tokens in the marketplace.

Once the keys are associated with your account, click to enable Crypto payments.

Click Save.
Note
Users cannot toggle back to test mode once they move to production mode and launch the app. They must obtain the stripe keys that are authenticated for payments and crypto transactions.
What is Dashboard?
Visualize your data in the form of charts or tables. Adjust the metrics according to your requirements and personalize your dashboard for each app. You can also export the customized data in the form of CSV.
You can view all your charts and tables under this tab.
Click Add Element to add another chart or table to the dashboard. For each new element, you can define the settings to fetch data and populate the dashboard element.
You can configure the following settings for each dashboard element:
Field
Fields defined in the Manage Schema tab can be used here. Several pre-defined transactions and state-related fields are available by default.
Fields are the dimensions that you can add and use in your dashboard elements.
Measure
Measures defined in the Manage Schema tab can be used here. Transaction Count is available by default.
Measures are the aggregations that you can define and use in your dashboard elements. The aggregation can be defined on the fields and existing measures.
Time
Transactions Created and State Created time along with any field defined with data type as timestamp can be used as a dimension of time.
Filter
You can filter the items based on Fields, Measures and Time.This will allow you to limit the data points on which the dashboard element will be created.
Chart Type
You can select the chart type for your dashboard element. Your available options include Line, Area, Bar, Pie, Table, or Number as a chart type for your dashboard element.
How to view app notifications?

Click the bell icon to view notifications about app upgrades and new deployments.

Click View All to view the list of all notifications.

Clicking What’s New opens the docs page which gives the latest release information.
How to use the chat feature?

Click the profile icon and select My Chats.

View chat history and chat with other platform users.
How to upgrade smart contract?

Login to Xooa platform.

Go to the design console of the marketplace app.

Go to the Manage app and click Upgrade.
How to send feedback on Xooa platform to the customer support?

Click the Feedback button at the bottom right corner of the app.

Toggle to select the type of feedback; General, Bug or Feature.

Enter your message.
-
Attach image if available.
-
Select the checkbox to give your consent for the customer support team to contact you for the feedback.

Rate your experience by selecting the emoji.

Click Send Feedback.
How to contact the Xooa sales team?

How to verify and unverify an NFT user?
To Verify

Login to your whitelable NFT marketplace.

Click Users.
-
From the Actions dropdown, select Verify User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name.

Check for accuracy of data.
-
Click Verify. The token owner verification will show as ‘True’.
To Unverify

Login to your White-Label NFT marketplace.
-
Click Users.
-
From the Actions dropdown, select Unverify User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name.

Click Unverify. The token owner verification will show as ‘False’.
How to block/unblock an NFT user?
The below operations can be performed by app Admins or app Moderators.
To Block User

Go to Design console of your NFT marketplace.
-
Click Users.
-
From the Actions dropdown, select Block User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name.

Click Block to block the user from accessing the marketplace.
To Unblock User
-
Go to the Design console of your NFT marketplace.
-
Click Users.
-
From the Actions dropdown, select Unblock User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name.

Click Unblock to unblock the user. This action will enable the users to sell or buy tokens using the marketplace.
What is Auto Verify User?
This feature skips the verification process of a new user. When a user is assigned roles of an Admin, NFT User, Anonymous and/or Moderator, the user must be verified by Xooa team before the access is granted.
However, this process can be skipped when the roles are assigned by enabling the Auto Verify User toggle button.
The auto verification feature is enabled by default for the Drop Admin role.
To enable this feature:

In the design console, go to Roles

Click on Edit for any role, scroll to the Admin section at the bottom of the page

Click to enable Auto Verify User
Note
A user who does not own an NFT can also be auto verified using this feature.
