Claim a Promise

The promise feature ensures that the user is benefited with something after the purchase of an NFT. The drop admin can associate anything to an NFT as a promise such as a promo code, print of NFT, and discount coupons etc. The promise can be claimed only once in the entire NFT lifecycle by the present owner of the NFT.
The users must follow the below steps to claim a promise:

  1. Click My NFTs from the menu.
  2. Click More from the available NFTs and select Claim to claim a promise associated with an NFT.
  3. Click Claim to claim the promise.

     

    NOTE

    Based on the promise associated with an NFT, the user needs to provide additional details to claim a promise.

 

NOTE

  • If the NFT owner sells the NFT without claiming the promise, the subsequent owner can claim the promise.
  • If a promise is claimed by the user, the user cannot view the Claim option as the promise can be claimed only once in the entire NFT lifecycle.
